Yes. One Heavy Parts AI membership combines heavy equipment parts search with the sourcing and selling features included in your plan. Research a part, post a request for suppliers, or respond to buyer requests from the same account. Source Parts and Supply Parts simply focus the comparison; they are not separate subscriptions.

You can make AI Search more useful for your own equipment by giving it a library of your PDF part books, manuals and workshop documents. When you ask a question, it can look for relevant information in that library and use it alongside our parts data and web sources to build an answer. To get started, open My Files, upload your PDFs, and wait until they are ready. Keep the files enabled for search and add more documents as needed, within your plan's capacity. Your library stays private to your account.

Procurement officers, parts buyers and warehouse managers can enter a part number or describe a component to look up available part information before requesting quotations. Even a basic lookup can help you write a clearer parts request and ask suppliers more specific questions. Fast Search is included on Free, subject to the account's free search allowance.

Use Fast for focused part lookups and straightforward technical questions. Pro is designed for more complex questions, deeper diagnostics and research across multiple part books and technical sources. Here, Pro names a search mode, not the Pro subscription; search-mode access depends on your plan.

Heavy Parts AI searches our proprietary heavy-equipment parts database and the web to bring together part details, cross-references, diagrams and technical information. Your uploaded manuals can add information specific to your equipment. This helps you find and compare relevant information in one place instead of searching each source separately. Coverage varies by machine and available documentation. Use the results to support procurement, maintenance and day-to-day decisions, and confirm critical details against official OEM documentation for your exact model and serial range before ordering parts or carrying out work.

Yes. An RFQ (request for quotation) can contain up to 20 parts and uses one request slot when published, not one per part. Include the part details, quantities and delivery requirements so suppliers can quote accurately. Drafts and corrections do not use a new slot; renewing a closed or expired request does.

Parts dealers and aftermarket distributors can try responding to buyer requests with 5 lifetime quotations on Free. The first submitted quotation to a request uses one slot, even if it covers several parts. Editing or resubmitting that quotation does not use another slot. The allowance does not renew; choose a paid plan to submit more once it is used.

Yes. Buyers on Plus, Pro and Premiere can download a received quotation as a PDF with supplier letterhead, quoted part details, prices and supporting-file previews where available. Procurement teams can review or print it before making a decision. Downloading does not accept the quotation or create a purchase order.

After you post an RFQ, AI agents search beyond suppliers already listed on the platform. They scan the web for relevant suppliers, contact them by phone, email, and messaging services to gather direct information about the requested parts, and bring any quotations received back into the platform.

No. Buyers and suppliers on Plus, Pro or Premiere can apply through Company Profile by submitting supporting business documents. The blue check appears only after review and approval. Verification is not a guarantee of a supplier's products, part compatibility or delivery.

No. Your subscription provides access to the platform features in your plan. The cost of physical parts, shipping and any applicable duties or taxes is separate. Review the supplier's quotation and agree on payment, delivery and warranty terms directly with the supplier. Accepting a quotation connects the parties; it does not process a parts payment or create an order on the platform.

Yearly pricing shows a reduced monthly equivalent for easy comparison, but you pay the full annual amount upfront. The total charged for the year is shown below each plan's price. Monthly usage allowances still reset each month; choosing yearly billing does not turn them into an annual pool.

Yes. Use the plan controls on this page or Manage subscription in your account. Check the billing amount and effective date shown before confirming a change. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Changing plans does not reset used lifetime allowances.
